The short version
- We design your trip. You book it, in your own name, or through a personal travel manager, whose company you sign with and pay directly. We never hold your trip money.
- Work begins when you send us your trip details. Your first proposal arrives within 5 business days (Standard) or 2 business days (Rush), Japan time. If it's late, you get a full refund and keep the proposal.
- Before you send your details: within 14 days of payment, you can be refunded minus card processing fees. After 30 days with no details, the order closes without a refund.
- Once you've sent your details, fees are non-refundable. Updates, refreshes and Trip Hubs have no fixed delivery time.
- Your proposal is a plan, not a booking. Prices and availability are confirmed by each provider when you book.
01Who we are
Prism Voyage is a travel-design service operated by Ignis Terra AI Solution LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("Prism Voyage", "we", "us"). You can reach us at prismvoyage@ignisterra.ai.
These terms apply whenever you buy from us or use prism.voyage. By paying for any of our services, you agree to them.
02What we do, and what we don't
We design travel proposals, and we turn your confirmed bookings into a Trip Hub: one private page with every booking for your trip.
| We do | We don't |
|---|---|
| Learn what you want from your trip and write your proposal | Take payment for flights, hotels, experiences or any part of your trip |
| Add a booking link to each item, so you can book it with the provider | Book, buy or resell travel on your behalf |
| Introduce you to a personal travel manager, if you choose one | Contact airlines, hotels or operators about changes, cancellations or refunds |
| Build and refresh your Trip Hub from the confirmations you send us | Carry out, or take responsibility for, any travel service |
Every booking is a contract between you and the provider (or your travel manager), under their terms.
03Our services and prices
| Service | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard proposal | $100 | Your first proposal within 5 business days, plus one revision |
| Rush proposal | $150 | Your first proposal within 2 business days, plus one revision |
| Proposal update | $25 | One round of changes to an existing proposal |
| Trip Hub | $49 | Your confirmed trip on one private page, for 1 to 5 travelers |
| Group Trip Hub | $99 | The same, for 6 or more travelers |
| Trip Hub refresh | $25 | One update to your Trip Hub from new confirmations |
| Upgrade | $50 | Sent by us on request: Standard to Rush, or Trip Hub to Group Trip Hub |
- All prices are in US dollars and are paid by card through Stripe. Your bank may add its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
- Every traveler pays the same published price. We don't offer discounts or custom quotes.
- An update is any change within the same destination and dates: swapping a hotel, adding or removing an experience, or moving your trip by up to two days. A new destination, or a major change of dates, is a new proposal.
- One submission counts as one update or one refresh. List every change in a single message and we'll handle them together.
- Travelers means everyone on the trip, including children. If a $49 Trip Hub turns out to cover 6 or more travelers, we'll send you the Upgrade link before we begin.
- Your included revision can be used on the proposal itself, or on your travel manager's first quote.
04How an order works
- After you pay, you'll be taken to a short form about your trip. We'll also email you the link.
- Work begins when you send the form. Each order has one form, and it can be sent once.
- If something important is missing, we'll email you, usually with no more than three questions. While we wait for your reply, the clock is paused, and the business days spent waiting are added to your due date.
- Your proposal arrives by email as a private link. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with people you trust.
- When our calendar is full, we may pause new orders, or Rush orders, on the site. We would rather say "not this week" than miss a date.
05Delivery times and our guarantee
Only your first proposal has a guaranteed delivery time: 5 business days for Standard, 2 business days for Rush.
- The time counts from the day you send your trip details. That day itself doesn't count.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, in Japan time (Asia/Tokyo, UTC+9). Your proposal arrives by the end of the due date, Japan time. The exact date is shown when you send your details, and in our confirmation email.
- If you ask to upgrade Standard to Rush, your due date becomes 2 business days from when you sent your details.
Our guarantee: if your first proposal arrives after its due date, we refund that proposal fee in full, including any Upgrade you paid for it, and the proposal is still yours to keep.
Proposal updates, Trip Hubs and Trip Hub refreshes have no fixed delivery time. They often depend on replies and confirmations from you or your providers, which we don't control. We work on them in the order they arrive.
06Refunds
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Within 14 days of payment, before you send your trip details | Refunded on request, minus card processing fees |
| 30 days after payment with no trip details received | The order is closed without a refund. We'll remind you before then. |
| After you send your trip details | Proposal fees are non-refundable |
| Your first proposal arrives after its due date | Full refund of that proposal fee, and you keep the proposal |
| Proposal updates, Trip Hubs, refreshes, and Upgrades from $49 to $99 | Non-refundable once paid, unless we can't provide the service |
| You were charged twice by mistake | The duplicate payment is refunded in full |
Card processing fees are the fees our payment processor charges on your payment. They are not returned to us when a payment is refunded, so we pass them on in this one case. They're usually a few percent of the amount.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
The proposal fee covers design work. It isn't refunded if you decide not to travel, not to book, or not to go ahead with your travel manager's quote.
07Your proposal is a plan, not a booking
- We check what we recommend carefully. Still, prices, availability, opening times, schedules and conditions are set by each provider and can change at any time. They are only confirmed when you book, by the provider, or by your travel manager in their formal quote.
- Some things nobody can promise: weather, wildlife, views, crossings, crowds. We say so in your proposal.
- Passports, visas, entry rules, health requirements and travel advice are your responsibility. Please check them with official sources for every traveler before you book.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.
- If anyone in your group has access, mobility or dietary needs, please confirm them with each provider before you book.
08Booking your trip
At the end of your proposal, you choose how to book the whole trip.
Book it myself
Each "Book this →" link takes you to the airline, hotel, operator or booking platform. You book and pay in your own name, under their terms. Changes, cancellations and refunds are between you and them.
A personal travel manager
Your personal travel manager works for an independent, established local travel company we partner with in that destination. If you choose one, we'll share your trip details and proposal with that company so they can quote. You then sign with that company and pay them directly, under their terms. They are responsible for everything they arrange, and your travel manager looks after you 24/7. Prism Voyage is not a party to that contract, does not receive your payment, and cannot refund their services. Your travel manager is not employed by Prism Voyage.
09Your Trip Hub
- We build your Trip Hub only from the confirmations you forward to us, after your bookings are confirmed. We never fill gaps with guessed details.
- Please check every detail against your original confirmations. If something differs, the provider's confirmation is what counts.
- We don't monitor your bookings for schedule changes. If anything changes, forward the new confirmation with a Trip Hub refresh and we'll update your page.
- Your Trip Hub is not an emergency service. For urgent problems during your trip, contact the provider, your travel manager, or local emergency services. Their numbers are on your Trip Hub.
10How we earn
We earn from your proposal and Trip Hub fees. We may also earn a commission when you book through some of our links, or when you choose a personal travel manager. It doesn't cost you anything extra, and it never decides what goes in your proposal: we choose what fits your trip first.
11AI and people
- We use AI tools to research and draft. A person reviews every proposal and every Trip Hub before it reaches you.
- Our Concierge is an AI assistant. It can answer questions about our services, but it can't make bookings, promise availability or prices, or agree to refunds or exceptions. A person handles refunds, complaints and anything about safety.
12What we ask of you
- Give us accurate information, and tell us if it changes.
- Only share details of other travelers with their permission (or as their parent or guardian).
- Never send us passport numbers, card numbers or booking passwords. We don't need them.
- Keep your proposal and Trip Hub links private, and use our services for your own travel.
- You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
13Your proposal and our work
Your proposal and Trip Hub are for your own, personal use. You're welcome to share them with the people travelling with you. Please don't resell, publish or reuse them commercially.
What you tell us stays yours. You allow us to use it to provide our services. We never publish your proposal or your details without your permission. Photos belong to their owners and are used with credit or under licence.
14Our responsibility
- We're responsible for providing our design services with reasonable care and skill.
- We're not responsible for the acts, omissions, prices or services of airlines, hotels, operators, booking platforms or travel managers and their companies, or for events outside our control, such as strikes, weather, natural events, illness or government action.
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed connections, lost enjoyment or extra travel costs.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the fees you paid us for that order.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
15If something goes wrong
Please write to us first at prismvoyage@ignisterra.ai. A person will reply within one business day and we aim to resolve every complaint within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. Most issues are quicker to fix directly, and opened disputes pause your order while they are reviewed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Each order follows the terms published on the day you paid. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
